 Description

Mrs Wong will have classes in July to teach different methods of making cakes and pastries to provide a solid foundation for those who are interested in learning advance baking skills. The content of this class includes rubbing in method, the creaming method and whisking skills. These skills and methods will be demonstrated respectively through making rock cake, marble butter cake and Linmington. Mrs Wong will make everything simple to learn. After class, everyone will be more comfortable with baking cakes and bread.

Rubbing in method: Rock Cake, Creaming method: Marble butter cake, Whisking: Lamington

Remarks:
* Audio recording and video recording are strictly prohibited during class.
* Food box will not be provided for the class. Customer has to bring his/her own box if necessary.
* Customer who using the price of HK$580 to join our class, can come along with one friend or relative. (Share one portion of food ingredients and student table together)
* Customer who using the special price to join our class, can add HK$100 and come along with one friend or relative. (Share one portion of food ingredients and student table together)
* During the promotion period, Cooking Centre will provide 1 piece of apron as a free gift to each registered customer.
