Gigi Wong comes back to Shun Hing Cooking Centre, along with several great dishes from her secret recipes. She will teach us how to make a lobster with cream and butter sauce, and a healthy style to-fu cake. She will also teach and demonstrate how to make a delicious steamed minced pork, with lotus root and tangerine peel. Don't miss this chance of learning from Gigi!

* Customer (not including his/her friend/relatives who will come along with him/her) who attended this class, can get a premium of Gigi Wong's cookbook in the class.

* Audio recording and video recording are strictly prohibited during class.

* Food box will not be provided for the class. Customer has to bring his/her own box if necessary.

* Customer who using the price of HK$980 to join our class, can come along with one friend or relative. (Share one portion of food ingredients and student table together)

* During the promotion period, Cooking Centre will provide 1 piece of apron as a free gift to each registered customer.
