Lunar New Year Traditional Cakes Class 2 - Chinese Taro Cake, Water Chessnut Cake、Golden Cripsy Angle

 Description

Mrs Wong will teach you two very traditional new year cake in this class. This first one is Chinese Taro cake, which has the taste of Chinese five spices. Chinese taro cake uses simple ingredients and is very easy to make. It has a very soft and smooth texture and strong and attractive flavour. The other one you will learn in this class is the water chestnut cake. It has a golden yellow colour and has a springy texture. And you can taste the water chestnut in every bite of this cake. Lastly, Mrs Wong will also demonstrate how to make the golden crispy angle. You must come to learn these traditional new year food for you coming new year holiday.
