Chinese medicinal cuisine combines Chinese cooking with traditional Chinese medicine and food ingredients to get the effects of health keeping. Our tutor, Connie Leung will introduce two dishes which can activate your chi and blood circulation in this class. Taiji rich soup made of different vegetables to give two Taiji colour. Fried fish slices with liquor sauce give unique wine flavour and sweetness to the tender and juicy fish slices. Both dishes can help strengthen your body and also very delicious.

* Audio recording and video recording are strictly prohibited during class.
* Food box will not be provided for the class. Customer has to bring his/her own box if necessary.

* Customer who using the special price to join our class, can add HK$100 and come along with one friend or relative. (Share one portion of food ingredients and student table together)
