Ms Connie Leung will teach Shanghai dishes in this class. In Shandong of China, there is a special way to do the braise fried tofu. The way makes the tofu golden brown outside looks very attractive, and also better taste and could keep all the nutrition. Steamed glutenstew is a traditional Shanghai food. Braised it with winter mushrooms make it soft and taste good. It's a definite must try dish for vegetarians. Connie will also demonstrate how to make a soup with jellyfish and pork ribs, which contain much nutrition and helps to remove toxic inside your body.
