When you make it at home, you will need an easier but still delicious version. Nelson prepared his version of Hainan chicken, together with his secret recipes for the sauce. You will probably addicted to this self-made Hainan chicken. The demonstration dish in this class is braised fresh abalone in a traditional way. Nelson will teach you how traditional it is and the skills to cook it tasty with a nice texture.
