There are many famous Chinese local dishes that you can eat at a Chinese restaurant and you can also make them at home by yourself. Let’s come and learn two of them from Nelson. The first one is the Lotus root cake with squid paste and coriander. There are many different version you can eat from different restaurants. Nelson will teach you a simple way that you can easily make. The second dish is from Sichuan, the fried chicken with chilli pepper. It is a spicy, hot dish which best matches with alcohol. You will learn how to cook the chicken crispy outside and tender inside, and full of the flavour of Sichuan spices. You will be surprised by the smell and taste of your finished dishes.
