 Description

In this class, Nelson will introduce you to some Chinese and western fusion dishes. You will bake the escargot wrapped with puff pastry. You will deep fry the spring roll with seafood stuffing. Lastly, Nelson will demonstrate how to make the mango and coconut flavour pudding to you which you can easily make at home.

* Audio recording and video recording are strictly prohibited during class.
* Food box will not be provided for the class. Customer has to bring his/her own box if necessary.
