Instructor Connie will teach you how to make two healthy Shanghai dishes. The first is "Pan-fried bean curd with shrimp roe", a famous Shandong dish. Tofu is wrapped in egg batter and then simmered. The cooked tofu is golden in color, soft, and delicious. Easy to cook and delicious! The second dish is "Braised Chinese mushrooms with Kaofu (bran dough)", a Shanghai specialty dish. 1. To align with Hong Kong Government’s Disease Prevention Measures, customer must receive at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine recognized by the HKSAR Government and present the COVID-19 vaccination record to our staff for verification before class.

2. Customer should arrive the Cooking Centre 10 minutes before the class commences. Customer has to provide class receipt (for class enrollment in person) or confirmation e-mail (for class enrollment online) for verification. Only verified customer is allowed to attend the class.

3. The demonstration dishes are only for students to taste at the Cooking Center. Students can not take away the food.

Buy any purchase of designated Panasonic cooking appliances (including Induction Cooker, Bread Maker, Steam Oven, Microwave Oven, Electronic Pressure Cooker, Warm Jar, Electric Oven, High Power Blender and Food Processor), customers may enrol in a cooking class at a special price. Customers are entitled to the special price for one cooking class with an invoice that clearly shows the product(s) purchased within the designated appliances.

2. Customers must enrol within TWO months from date of purchase. One invoice can only entitle one person to enrol in one cooking class.

3. Customers will be required to present the original product purchase invoice before class commences for verification. If the customer is unable to present the original product purchase invoice for verification, he/she has to pay the difference in class fee to Shun Hing Cooking Centre before class commences.

4. The number of participants of each cooking class is about 15 persons (subject to change based on class type). Registration to a cooking class is on a first-come, first-served basis. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts, nor be redeemed or exchanged for cash or other products. Other terms and conditions apply.
