Instructor Connie will teach you how to make two healthy Shanghai dishes. The first is "Pan-fried bean curd with shrimp roe", a famous Shandong dish. Tofu is wrapped in egg batter and then simmered. The cooked tofu is golden in color, soft, and delicious. Easy to cook and delicious! The second dish is "Braised Chinese mushrooms with Kaofu (bran dough)", a Shanghai specialty dish.
