Jason will teach Italian dishes in this lesson. The first dish is a poached egg. Jason will teach you how to make a white wine cream sauce with seafood and black truffle, to serve with the poached egg. The second dish is a squab, baked in Italian style, which is much different from what we can eat in a Chinese restaurant. You have to come to this lesson to learn them!
