 Description

Jason will teach two of his signature dish in this class. Both of them are perfect with the appearance, smell and flavour. Juicy and tender chicken braised with black truffle and mushrooms are perfect with the taste and smell. And the angel hair, where its small size allows as much as the cream sauce stick with, you can enjoy with most flavour from the sauce. The other dish is the deep-fried fish fillet. Using cold beer to make the deep fry batter, would make the deep-fried fish fillet more crispy. With the special made sour and sweet tar tar sauce, the flavour of fish is upgraded.
