 Description

Stewed oxtail in red wine sauce is a classic homemade dish in western families. It does not require advance skill, but need to do right in seasonings. Oxtail tastes great with strong beef flavour, deep, rich and satisfying. They have a lot of connective tissue, so they have an unctuous mouthfeel. Stewing the oxtail with vegetables allows the sweetness of vegetables and flavour of the red wine to enter the oxtails making the dishes more delicious.
The other dish is scallops and avocado in fermented rice and tomato sauce. The sweet and sour taste of tomato crossover with the sweet and win flavour of fermented rice, which are perfectly matched with the scallops. Come and enjoy these great taste.
