Superfood are food ingredients that are very nutritious and can give benefits to your health. Samantha brings several superfood recipes and will teach you the best way to cook with these superfoods. You will make use of Kale to make some chips and use quinoa to make the salad. Making a pesto sauce with the basil to serve with the chicken spaghetti. All these dishes are super good to kids and adults.
