 Description

The control of the fragrance in cooking is very important, and great aroma can upgrade the level of deliciousness of the dish. Lobster soup with puff pastry is named the aroma bomb. When you break the crispy puff pastry with a spoon, the fragrance of the lobster soup break out, and such a shocking impact is like the explosion of a bomb. For the second dish, which is the roast lamb chop, Nelson uses lemongrass and lemon leaves to marinate it. Lemon grass and lemon leaves have a rich citrus aroma and light mint flavour which mixed with the meaty aroma of lamb chops in the oven. What a tempting dish for those people who loves western food.
