In this class, Tarzan is going to show you his signature dish: Mac and cheese in a cheese basket. The sauce Tarzan cooking with the Macaroni is cheese cream sauce, which you will learn to make yourself. This is a sauce made of Gruyere cheese, milk, cream and fresh nutmeg. This sauce perfectly matched with the Macaroni. This dish also contains a cheese basket made of Parmesan cheese, and the cooked Macaroni will be put on the cheese basket. Tarzan will also demonstrate how to make a simple cheesecake in this class.
