It is our pleasure to have the chief executive chef from Sushi Ocean, Mr. Chiu Sze Cheuk to come to our centre to have his cooking class. His first class will be teaching us Tempura and Grilled pork with ginger teriyaki sauce. Both dishes sound simple but sure not easy to make especially the technique to keep the original fresh flavor of the in-season seafood, vegetables, and pork. * Food box will not be provided for the class. Customer has to bring his/her own box if necessary.

* Customer who using the price of HK$780 to join our class, can come along with one friend or relative. (Share one portion of food ingredients and student table together)

* Customer who using the special price to join our class, can add HK$100 and come along with one friend or relative. (Share one portion of food ingredients and student table together)
