 Description

The executive chef from Sushi Ocean, Mr Chiu Sze Cheuk will have a lesson in July again. In his second class, he will teach you how to make Tonkatsu and Stewed Hamachi Kama. Tonkatsua is a Japanese dish which consists of a breaded, deep-fried pork cutlet. With special deep-fry technique, Tonkatsua is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Hamachi Kama is a popular ingredient for Japanese chef. Hamanchi is a fish with rich oil and great flavour. Hamanchi Kama is the part with the fish fin and muscle around, which is very tasty. Chef will use a special sauce to stewed the kama to make it even more tender and delicious. It is a rare opportunity to learn from chef Mr Chiu Sze Cheuk, come and join this lesson!

* Food box will not be provided for the class. Customer has to bring his/her own box if necessary.
