 Description

We all loves Gigi's dishes every time she bring to lessons! This lesson she will teach us to make a pan-fried fish in Thai style, and the popcorn chicken from Taiwan. Gigi will show us how to cook the fish in Thai style and to cook the popcorn chicken so crispy outside but so soft inside. Lastly Gigi will make a cold dish with assorted mushrooms and show us the processing method before cooking the straw mushroom. Come to sign for this lesson!

 

* Customer (not including his/her friend/relatives who will come along with him/her) who attended this class, can get a premium of Gigi Wong's cookbook in the class.

Demonstration: Cold assorted mushrooms with sauce (Straw Mushroom processing method)

 

 

Remarks:

 

* Audio recording and video recording are strictly prohibited during class.

* Food box will not be provided for the class. Customer has to bring his/her own box if necessary.

* Customer who using the price of HK$980 to join our class, can come along with one friend or relative. (Share one portion of food ingredients and student table together)

* During the promotion period, Cooking Centre will provide 1 piece of apron as a free gift to each registered customer.
