Chef Mr Chiu Sze Cheuk will teach you two very popular Japanese dishes. First one is the Gyukatsu, which is deep-fried beef cutlet. This dish is very popular in Japanese these few years. Chef Chiu will also teach you to make a Kyushu style sauce to serve with the beef cutlet. The second dish is a boiled abalone, using Chef's Chiu secret way to cook it.
