Molecular gastronomy is like a magical way of cooking. It includes the transformation of the cooking method, ingredient appearance, and even the texture of food, to give the diners surprises from the difference from their expectations. Nelson will teach some of the techniques in molecular gastronomy, to cook several Spanish dishes in this class. If you like to learn new cooking skills or you want to play magic in your kitchen, you must join this class.

Demonstration: Romaine lettuce with seafood

* Audio recording and video recording are strictly prohibited during class.
* Food box will not be provided for the class. Customer has to bring his/her own box if necessary.
* Customer who using the price of HK$780 to join our class, can come along with one friend or relative. (Share one portion of food ingredients and student table together)
* Customer who using the special price to join our class, can add HK$100 and come along with one friend or relative. (Share one portion of food ingredients and student table together)
