 Description

When you can handle spices perfectly, you can master cooking. In this class, Jason brings two dishes with different spices to show you the magic power of spices. The first is baked assorted vegetables in Portuguese sauce. The Portuguese sauce used in Macao dishes has a smooth mouthfeel and rich in coconut flavor. It is very suitable for stewed and baked vegetables. The second dish is the Indian style Tandoori lamb chop. Tedori BBQ is a famous and common Indian dish. The meat is marinated in hot red peppers and other Indonesian spices. Regardless of meat or vegetables, as long as the right spices are used, the colour and flavour can be raised ten million times. It is a skill that every cooking expert must be able to handle, and so you must come to learn it.
