Chef Chiu has prepared some good quality food for this class. Through passing the unique skills, Chef Chiu makes you become a master Japanese chef. Chef Chiu will first introduce a Japanese style spinach salad. It’s a spinach salad with the self made Japanese sauce. For the main dish, Chef Chiu has brought us the codfish. He will grill it with the white miso paste. This is a very classic traditional cuisine in Japan. Its golden brown surface with white and soft inside is very attractive. The second dishes you will be doing in this class is a very popular homemade dish, stewed potato and beef in Japanese style. Come to this class to enjoy cooking with Chef Chiu.
