Royal Japanese cuisine - Slow cooked abalone in Japanese sauce, Soba with steamed Japanese sea bream, Pickled kombu and cucumber

 Description

Chef Chiu Sze Cheuk will teach three special Japanese dishes in this coming class in March. The first one is the slow-cooked abalone with traditional Japanese sauce. Japanese usually use this sauce in cooking seafood and it is the favourite method for the abalone. The second dish is soba with steamed "Dai", Japanese sea bream. This is red colour fish Japanese likes to have in some festivals. Soba is also one of the Japanese favourite noodles. Chef Chiu will teach you how to make the best soba. Chef Chiu will also demonstrate to make a pickled cucumber and kombu as an appetizer. Register and enjoy this amazing class.
