He has been working in bakery industry for over 10 years. He is co-founder of“Bake at home” Bakery shop and ”BOVE” soufflé pancake shop.
Years of teaching experience in bakery, he is an existing tutor of the Hong Kong Employee Retraining Board (ERB) and serving several organizations.
He is familiar with fondant cake and chocolate paste decoration. He aims to cook in a health ways and share the enjoyable moment in bakery.
