Born to a family in the food-related business, Chef Bernnie developed a passion for gourmets and gastronomy at a young age. As a savvy traveller, he enjoys discovering local flavours across the world. With extensive travel experience, he incorporates novel culinary techniques and ingredients in his recipes and specializes in cooking Fusion and Southeast Asian cuisines.
With many years of experience in door-to-door catering, Chef Bernnie currently runs his private kitchen “Patio” and shares recipes for newspapers.
