Fabio Mariella was born and raised in Italy. He started to cook since he was 8 years old and he is now the Executive Chef of United Services Recreation Club.
From Italy to Las Vegas, Hong Kong to Mumbai India, Shenzhen, Dongguan and Hunan, Fabio’s experience in these places made him explore different cooking cultures.
In addition to Italian, western and fusion cooking, oriental cuisine is part of Fabio’s expertise.
Fabio is a member of Italian Chef Association – ITchefs - GVCI. Fabio also supports Slow Food Association around the world.
