Winter is coming, Gigi selected a few winters dishes to teach in this class. The first one is famous on Gigi's recipe, the fish sauce duck. It is delicious and easy to make with fish sauce. The ingredient used is simple. Those who find it difficult to cook with duck must come and learn this duck recipe. The second Gigi is going to teach is the honey-flavoured pork neck that tastes much better than the bbq pork you bought in the restaurant. Finally, Gigi would demonstrate her exclusive version of the deep-fried prawn balls, which is prawn mixed with the Chinese water chestnut and then covered with bread cubes, fried to golden colour and til crispy.
