 Description

Mrs Wong will teach three great banquet dishes in this class. Koi tofu is a koi shape dish made of tofu, shrimp and vegetables. The appearance is very attractive. Enoki mushroom beef roll made with delicious marinated beef filled with enoki mushroom, with perfect bite-size, is so great as an appetiser. Beef brisket in clear broth is a traditional way of cooking beef in China which would bring out the most original sweet flavour of beef. These three dishes are so good that you must learn and then make for your family and friends gatherings.
