In this class, Connie Leung will teach two Chinese medicine Dim-Sum. They are all in flower shape and are beautiful in the appearance. The first one is Licorice and jujube bun. Licorice and jujube can heal insomnia, emotional sickness in Chinese medical theory. The second one is steamed sago dumplings with poria, dates and Chinese yam as the fillings.
