Our tutor Connie will teach you to cook two Chinese local hometown dishes, Yangzhou Lion Head and Sichuan Mapo Tofu. You can always order them in Chinese restaurants, and they seem not that easy to make it at home. In fact, the materials are not complicated, and the cooking method is simple. Come to the class and Connie will teach you the necessary skills to be successful. If you "cook from home" every night, this class may help you so much.

* Food box will not be provided for the class. Customer has to bring his/her own box if necessary.
