International special gourmet - American potato pancake and pan fried prawn with fermented rice and tomato sauce, Indian style Tandoori lamb chop with mint yoghurt sauce

 Description

Jason will teach two special dishes in this class. The first one is pan-fried prawn with potato pancake. Jason will make a tomato sauce with fermented rice, which would give sweet and wine flavour to the sauce. Potato pancake makes with shredded potato, and it actually matches better with the tomato sauce than the mashed potato with the crunchy texture. The second dish is Indian food, Tandoori BBQ. Jason will teach you to make a Tandoori lamb chop. Indian use chilli and other Indian spices to marinate the meat into red colour and then roasted it. Jason will also make a mint yoghurt sauce for this lamb. Two dishes are special dishes that you may not able to learn elsewhere. So don't miss this class.
