As the Chinese proverb goes, "getting enough sleep is better than eating well". With a recent surge in sleeping problems among urban dwellers in Hong Kong, Chef Connie - an expert in Chinese food therapy - will share her recipe for creating red date buns to help you sleep through the night. Not only do red dates add a mild sweetness to the dish, but they are also known to have high nutrition value. The healing properties of red dates include nourishing the qi, tonifying the spleen and invigorating blood circulation, in turn promoting sleep and relaxation. * Audio recording and video recording are strictly prohibited during class.
* Food box will not be provided for the class. Customer has to bring his/her own box if necessary.
* Customer who using the regular price of HK$780/HK$680/HK$580/HK$300 and senior price of HK$663/HK$578/HK$493/HK$255 to join our class, can come along with one friend or relative. (Share one portion of food ingredients and student table together)
* Customer (purchased designated Panasonic cooking appliances) who using the special price to join our class, can add HK$100 and come along with one friend or relative. (Share one portion of food ingredients and student table together)
* During the promotion period, Cooking Centre will provide 1 piece of apron as a free gift to each registered customer.
