 Description

Fabio will teach two classic Italian food in this class. The main dish is beef bourguignon with balsamic onion. The beef is succulent after cooking with red wine balsamic onion, with a well balanced sweet and sour taste. Onion is full of the flavour of beef and balsamic vinegar too. The dessert Fabio will teach in class is lemon Caprese cake. This cake has a little crunch on top while the inside is dense, decadent, delicious, moist, and so lemony which is so perfect as the dessert after decent main dishes.

* Food box will not be provided for the class. Customer has to bring his/her own box if necessary.
