Fabio Mariella was born and raised in Italy. He is now the executive chef of Touch Eat Dinning Service. He has previously worked in 5-star hotels as Regal Hong Kong Hotel, Grand Hyatt Mumbai, Grand Hyatt Shenzhen etc.
From Italy to Las Vegas, from Hong Kong to Mumbai India, Shenzhen, Dongguan and Hunan, Fabio’s experience in these places made him explore different cooking cultures.
In addition to Italian, western and fusion cooking, oriental cuisine is part of Fabio’s expertise.
Fabio is a member of Italian Chef Association – ITchefs-GVCI. He also supports slow food association around the world.
