 Description

In this lesson, Nelson will teach two Chinese famous secret dishes. The first one is a deep-fried boneless duck with mashed taro. Cooking this famous dish is hard to succeed with wrong mashing procedure of taro, improper processing of duck meat or incorrect control of oil temperature. All these skills will be taught in class. The second dish is deep-fried milk custard. It has a very crispy outer layer and very soft fillings. It is sweet and full of milk flavour, can also be treated as a dessert. Come to this class to learn the skills of cooking these signature secret dishes.
