 Description

Our chef Nelson prepared two gorgeous western dishes for this class. The first one is a foie gras pie with puff pastry on top. Foie gras lovers must try this. The second one makes use of Iberico pork tenderloin and black truffle to make a meat roll. The smell of black matches perfectly with the oil flavour of Iberico pork. These two dishes are two of the signature dishes of Nelson. Come and learn them and you can cook gorgeously at home too.
